Culinary Creatives Collective III

The Libi Project & Studio Roza launched the Culinary Creatives Collective to foster and promote an alternate way of networking and connecting that celebrates the unique NYC culinary community - bringing creatives together to uplift one another, give feedback, share ideas, collaborate, and explore what’s next for this community.

For our third edition, Kim Lerner, a Hospitality Consultant & Leadership Coach, designed a workshop specifically for culinary entrepreneurs (from aspiring, to early-stage or more established) seeking clarity, tangible solutions and meaningful peer support.

Through guided discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and group coaching exercises, our community explored the common roadblocks that culinary professionals face, from imposter syndrome to financial uncertainty. Together, we uncovered practical, community-driven solutions to help you move forward with renewed confidence, creativity, and purpose. This was a space to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs who understand the highs and lows of the industry.

Whether you’re running a pop-up, launching a new concept or cpg product, or refining your business model, this session provided our attenedes with actionable insights, supportive connections, and a clearer path toward sustainable success.
