Culinary Industry Night

The next Industry Night will be hosted on Sunday, February 1st, from 4-7pm at Rule of Thirds in Greenpoint.

Our mission is to connect the broader culinary community with a diverse network of producers, creators and farmers – and to build up the food community of those who we are inspired by through partnerships and collaboration. Some of our past producers include: Hana Makgeolli,  Burlap & BarrelWild Arc Farm, Dashi Okume, Glynwood Farm, NON, Sorate, & many more). You can learn about our past industry night here!

This event is created for and by culinary (and culinary adjacent) professionals. Whether you are an urban farmer, pastry chef, cheesemonger, restaurant manager, anthropologist, gastronomic historian, food stylist, beekeeper, fermentation fanatic (the list goes on…), The Libi Project exists to build bridges between the people who make this industry what it is. For this reason, we aim to cultivate connection and future collaboration through Culinary Industry Nights.
