Our mission is to connect the broader culinary community with a diverse network of producers, creators and farmers – and to build up the food community of those who we are inspired by through partnerships and collaboration. This event is created for and by culinary (and culinary adjacent) professionals. Whether you are an urban farmer, pastry chef, cheesemonger, restaurant manager, anthropologist, gastronomic historian, food stylist, beekeeper, fermentation fanatic (the list goes on…), The Libi Project exists to build bridges between the people who make this industry what it is. For this reason, we aim to cultivate connection and future collaboration through Culinary Industry Nights.
