Rooted in peer-to-peer learning and cross-disciplinary exchange, our programming aims to strengthen the food world from the inside out by building meaningful relationships and sharing knowledge through more transparency. For our second From The Ground Up Event in collaboration with Driftaway Coffee, we welcomed Cerise Zelenetz of Cherry on Top, Clio Goodman of ByClio Bakery, and George Kaya of Lisbonata at the Driftaway Tasting Room for an honest, practical, and intimate conversation about building their brick-and-mortar spaces in Brooklyn.
