We had the pleasure of putting together this programming and photographing Natoora and its founder Franco Fubini, who joined Conway Liao for a thoughtful conversation on designing for “Good Taste”: How we can design fruits and vegetables for the ultimate flavor.

The evening unfolded with a stone fruit tasting, inviting guests to experience the full spectrum of what happens when simplicity, joy, and nature are allowed to speak for themselves.

“Good Taste” was a reminder that the future of food is not just about what we eat, but how it’s grown, shared, and savored.
