Industry Night at Farm.One

In collaboration with Farm.One & Resident, we planned our first Industry Night! We brought together a curated group of local producers to showcase their products for our chef and industry community. Our mission was to connect chefs with an amazing network of farmers, suppliers, and brands we resonate with - and to build our network of those who we are inspired by. These industry nights are also centered around building the culinary community and uplifting one another through partnerships and collaboration. We are aiming to inspire and nurture mentorship in the food space. 

The following local producers were featured: Oishii, Smallhold, We are The New Farmers, TALEA Beer Co., Hana Makgeolli, Raaka Chocolate, & SAYSO.
